· Do I really need a professionally designed
logo if I am just starting a business?
Absolutely! Your logo
is the most memorable element of your business. Your
logo is the center of your identity and will have

and your business. Having a professionally designed

people are more likely to work with a company that
portrays an image of professionalism than one that

· Who owns the rights to my logo?
The rights to the finalized
logo are the clients, however, Business Identity Center
retains the rights to the samples of the logo for
our promotional and advertising materials.
· Can you design business cards, stationary,
envelopes, etc. using my new logo?
Yes we can! Take a look
at our various stationary packages, there is sure
to be one tailored to meet your needs. Coupled with
your professionally designed logo, our stationary
design will complete your business identity package
and have you well on your way to success.
· How will I receive my finalized logo?
We will e-mail a TIFF,
EPS and JPG file to your contact e-mail address. We
can mail a CD for $10. (US locations-Fed-Ex extra)
· How long will the logo design process take?
Typically, less than 10
business days from first consultation to final approval.
(Average is 7 business days)
· Do you have my logo on file in your office
in case I lose mine?
Yes we do. If you lose
or misplace your logo files, just email us and we
will be happy to resend the logo to you via email
at no charge to you.
· In what file formats will I receive my logo?
You will receive your
logo in the following file formats: TIFF, EPS and
JPG.
· How do I order and pay for my logo package?
To begin, you will select
the logo package you want to order, then fill out
the online order form. After the order form is processed,
you will receive an email confirming the order form
and payment have been received; it will contain a
link to the Logo Design Interview Page. Complete and
submit the interview. We will contact you with any
further questions. Work on your project has begun.
· How do I view my logo design samples?
After registering as a
client, you will be assigned a secure directory on
our server. In it you will find instructions on viewing
and approving your files.
· Can you redesign my existing logo?
Yes! We can do anything
from a minor repair to a complete renovation on your
existing logo and keep to a visual theme that's similar
to the original. Just be sure to indicate on the order
form that you have an existing logo that needs revamping.
· Do you offer any other services besides logo
identity development?
Yes! We offer a wide array
of stationary packages to choose from on this website
as well as Flash animation and Logo Usage Guides.

· Can I come to your office or call on the
telephone?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves
on personalized customer service, something you rarely

during normal business hours you will always be connected
with a live person to help you with your questions,
or someone will promptly call you back. And of course,
stopping by the office is always welcome, unless of
course you live in Saskatchewan (or somewhere else
really far away from Florida) in which case the telephone

· How many logo roughs will I get to choose
from?
Unlike other logo design
companies who give you a very limited number of designs
to choose from, our team will give you a vast array
of samples from which to choose. Our main concern
is your satisfaction, so we have decided not to put
a restriction on their creativity or the number of
samples they decide to create.
